It was a great Moot! We hit IHOP around 3:45am, and I finally crawled into my own bed around 6:00am for a quick hour and a half nap before church.
Jared was kind enough to come to our College and Young Singles class this morning to teach on Gospel Wakefulness. It was a fantastic message.
Back from a fun lunch with everyone.
I'm ready to crawl back into bed again.

Maybe next year, Phil.
No zombies, but we did spend quite a bit of time on Bigfoot.
I'm not sure. I didn't bring a video camera but Jared did a bit of recording on his flip phone.
Without footage we have no proof that the moot existed this year. It’s just like bigfoot, alien abductions, and a health care plan that will actually help us.
(I think I've been converted. But now that creates a problem. I don’t want to be a Rep or a Dem. I'm an independent thinker.)
It is of Blo (trying hard to be) expounding on his denial of Total Depravity. If I can figure out how to upload it off my Flip thingy, I'll see about getting it posted.
Again, would appreciate it if someone could remind me which of you is most in tune with the Blo awareness. I assume that is who Blo will most nearly look like as he is trying to be.
However, looks like you have yourself over a barrel, Jared. If human life is totally depraved, then your "Flip thingy" shouldn't work at all.
Now that I think about it, I'm not sure Blo was even at Moot.
In a (possibly) related story, Jared saw (really) an apparition walk across the entry way to his parents' dining room. Granted, this happened at 3:00am.
Hey, fellas. Long time no see. How ya been?
I was reading up on the moot, and I have to say that I really envy you guys. I have good Christian friends, but none that I could have this kind of connection with.
You guys have something very few people do. Cheers to you!
Sooo we just glazed right over the fact that the moot didn't exist.
OK, this is so random; I've been watching past LOST episodes. In one of Eko's flashbacks he steals food from the church and a black nun drags him to confession and tells him to go to the priest. Is this the same woman who is an "Other" and interviews Michael, asking questions about Walt, she always wears a scarf on her head, and finally gets shot with the eye-patch guy? We're having a huge argument here.
Great question, Michele. I'd need to see that episode - was that Season 2 or Season 3? (I can't remember if poor Eko bought the farm in 2 or 3). And what ep is it?

Sorry I missed it.
Sounds like it was awesome.
No zombies this year, eh?
