The Lakers are still heavily favored in this series, but it was very nice to see my boyz take Game One in L.A.
Go Rockets!
I was very impressed with the way the Rockets handled themselves in the fourth quarter.
The fact of the matter is that LA is good enough to take the next four games, but the Rockets have shown that they have come to play.
Does anyone else think it's weird that they haven't mentioned Swine Flu and Kobe Bryant in the same sentence? I mean, it seems like he has the symptoms and it would be the biggest gift to the alarmist media.
Back to basketball - I think that the Rockets could take this one in six (or even five), but if it ends up game seven in LA, we probably won't pull it off. Coming back to Houston 2-0 would be nice, but I'm quite happy with going 1-1 if that's all we can muster.
